Our
new luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10
guests plus a baby. There are 2 master suites both with en-suite bathrooms
and 2 twin rooms sharing a third bathroom. It is fully furnished and
equipped with top quality furniture and appliances. All linen, towels and
pool towels are provided. The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling
fans in every room and centrally heated. There are two telephones, one in
the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. ALL National, International and
Local calls are free. There is a combination door entry system so no keys
are required.

The
lounge has cable TV, DVD and VCR. A selection of DVDs, VCRs and games are
available for use by guests. It is beautifully furnished including a sofa
bed sleeping two. It is open plan with the dining room and kitchen and is
very spacious with high ceilings. |
The
kitchen has a full size cooker with ceramic top, large fridge / freezer,
dishwasher, microwave etc. There is seating in the nook and breakfast bar
for 9 people.
A separate utility room holds the washer and dryer. |

third bedroom is our Disney themed room. It has 2 twin beds (2 singles
UK), walk in closet and TV. |
The
fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds (2 singles UK), walk in closet and TV. The
third and fourth bedroom share the 3rd bathroom. |

The
stunning 30 ft x 15 ft private pool and spa area is south west facing and
backs onto a beautiful woodland conservation area. It is fully screened.
The covered lanai is equipped with deep cushioned sun loungers and chairs
and a table suitable for al fresco dining. The area can be alarmed, and a
fence is available to keep children safely away from the poolside. The
pool can be heated if required (there is a charge for this). A gas
barbeque is available.
For guests' entertainment we have a games room with
pool table, table football and table tennis. |
